Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 cup blend cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup salt
3 cups ice cubes
Toppings of your choice!
Directions
Combine the sugar, cream and vanilla in a resealable plastic bag. Push out excess air and seal tightly.
Place ice and salt into a large resealable plastic bag. Place the small bag inside the bigger bag and shake vigorously, until the ice cream hardens (5-10 minutes).
Remove from the bag and enjoy with your favourite ice cream toppings!
