How to make ice cream in a bag

This easy homemade ice cream in a bag recipe is a must-try this summer! You only need 5 ingredients to make this homemade ice cream. Kids will love seeing how quickly they can make their own ice cream. Don’t forget to add your favourite toppings like sprinkles or fruit!



Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons sugar

  • 1 cup blend cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup salt

  • 3 cups ice cubes

  • Toppings of your choice!


Directions

  1. Combine the sugar, cream and vanilla in a resealable plastic bag. Push out excess air and seal tightly.

  2. Place ice and salt into a large resealable plastic bag. Place the small bag inside the bigger bag and shake vigorously, until the ice cream hardens (5-10 minutes).

  3. Remove from the bag and enjoy with your favourite ice cream toppings!
